Warsaw is a truly identical city. This Polish capital past’s that ignites the principal of hope and spirit for its future. Zlota 44 Tower is how the Polish culture answers the question around the destruction by the Nazis and invasion of the Soviets, this building is the representative of a new direction for Poland, spanning east and west. It is a response to the destruction of Warsaw and post war Russian reconstruction in the World War II.

A job for the duet

The project developed by the duet of Jean-François Ott, Orco Property Group Founder which has obtained the planning permission for its new investment and Daniel Libeskind, an internationally renowned architect of Polish origin. For Ott, it’s a stair to next level, how to challenge the established perception of property design through the realization of never seen before architectural project. In other word, he tries to facing the majority capitals of Europe.

“This project will symbolize the new age of the Polish capital and its freedom” said Jean-François Ott. “It is the people of Warsaw, the Polish Culture and the renaissance of the city that provide the true inspiration for this project.” He added.

According to Ott, Warsaw filled with great potential, but lacks of spectacular and modern architecture. Now that the ‘green light’ has been granted, he believes that the centre of the Polish capital city has a great chance to become the next big places in Europe.

It’s a pride for Daniel Libeskind, the architect, “I have known this place from my childhood. It is the very heart of Warsaw - a city with untold potential. Złota 44 will symbolise this wealth of opportunity and emphasize its value to the world. It is a building that embraces the aspirations of Warsaw. A unique building shaped by Warsaw’s history and its light. This building will address a major shift in major cities around the world, where residential buildings will emerge as the most striking designs.”

Daniel’s designs fascinate, inspire and emotionally connect with all those that look upon them. His vision will be a beacon for today generation of architects and the common man alike. Mr. Libeskind established his architectural studio in Berlin, Germany in 1989, before people knowing him for the Jewish Museum Berlin, an award winning project in 1990. Daniel Libeskind buildings radiate with soul and emotions through breathtaking geometrical design, and maybe that’s why he winning the competition for the World Trade Center rebuilding.

The high rise won’t be yet another office building which becomes solitude after dusk, but a place bustling with activity 24/7. “Złota 44 will be a key to the city’s liveliness. It is natural that a town evolves together with changes in the lifestyle and changes to the architecture. This building will introduce such a positive change. We are convinced that it will revitalize the centre of Warsaw,” says Daniel Libeskind.
